When you begin your real estate sales business it is just that, a business.  Make sure you watch our money.  In my interviews with hundreds and hundreds of real estate agents I have found that financial literacy in regards to your real estate business is sorely lacking.  Take these four steps to set yourself up with success;

  1. Open an separate checking account.
  2. Lead with revenue.
  3. Play “Red Light, Green Light” with any money you spend.
  4. Stick to a budget.
