Kansas requires 60 hours of pre-license training for all candidates in two 30-hour courses. This course is Principles of Real Estate.
We have a limited number of seats available for in-person attendees. Additional students will attend online via Zoom. This provides online students with a live classroom experience with the ability to see and hear the instructor and other students in the classroom or online. Kansas real estate license exam. This 30-hour course titled “Principles of Real Estate” is required before taking the real estate license exam. This class requires attendance on 8 days: SEPTEMBER 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, & 24. All classes are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Upon completion of the course, KRES will issue a certificate. Both parts of the license exam must be passed within 12 months of the course completion date. The Commission must receive the application for a license within six months of the date the exam is passed. If parts of the exam are passed on different dates, the six-month limit applies to the earliest date.
