Kansas requires 60 hours of pre-license training for all candidates in two 30-hour courses. This course is Principles of Real Estate.
We have a limited number of seats available for in-person attendees. Additional students will attend online via the Zoom video conferencing platform. This provides online students with a live classroom experience with the ability to see and hear the instructor and other students in the classroom or online. Kansas real estate license exam. This 30-hour course titled “Principles of Real Estate” is required before taking the real estate license exam. This class includes required attendance on 8 nights; May 29, 30, June 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, & 13. All classes are from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Upon completion of the course, KRES will issue a certificate which must be shown to the test center manager. Both parts of the license exam must be passed within 12 months of the course completion date. The application for a license must be received by the Commission within six months of the date the exam is passed. If parts of the exam are passed on different dates, the six-month limit applies to the earliest date.
