The Kansas Real Estate Practice Course is a required 30-hour companion course to the Kansas Principles of Real Estate class both courses must be completed before licensure.
This class requires attendance on 8 days: FEBRUARY 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, & 11. All classes are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The student must attend all sessions. Even if you get your Kansas salesperson license by meeting like-kind requirements in another state, you must complete this course to qualify for a license. This course may be completed before or after the licensure exam, but must be completed before applying for a Kansas license.
