The Kansas Real Estate Practice Course is a required 30-hour companion course to the Kansas Principles of Real Estate class both courses must be completed prior to licensure.
This class includes required attendance on 8 days, September 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, Oct 1, 2, & 3. All classes are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The student must attend all sessions.
Even if you get your Kansas salesperson license by like-kind requirements met in another state, you must complete this course to qualify for a license. This course may be completed before or after the licensure exam but must be completed before applying for a Kansas license.
