The Kansas Real Estate Practice Course is a required 30-hour companion course to the Kansas Principles of Real Estate class both courses must be completed before licensure.
This class requires attendance on 8 days, JUNE 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, & 18. All classes are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The student must attend all sessions. Even if you get your Kansas salesperson license by like-kind requirements met in another state, you must complete this course to qualify for a license. This course may be completed before or after the licensure exam, but must be completed before applying for a Kansas license.
